Accessible mortgage documents

Many documents are now available in accessible electronic format, providing access to users with current screen reader technology.   • Certain mortgage origination packages available within the Home Loan Navigator
  • Mortgage servicing communications (such as monthly billing and escrow analysis statements) and other important informational letters available through Online Banking
  • Mortgage modifications and other loan assistance solutions available within our Home Loan Modification Status site (contact your Client Relationship Manager or call mortgage customer service at phone number for Mortgage Customer Service 800.669.6607.   • All important communications, including notification when a letter or document is available for viewing, are provided through Online Banking in accessible format. If you’re not enrolled in Online Banking, you can request to receive a phone call or email notification when an individual document is mailed.

Raised-line and large-print checks

Large-print checks that can be oriented by touch can be ordered for your personal checking and line of credit accounts. The checks are available at no additional cost above the standard check order fee for your account. You can have important bank or mortgage documents read to you through telephone banking or by contacting your local financial center or home loans office. Because location hours vary, we suggest that you schedule an appointment if you’re requesting reader services with an employee.
