The most common reason is that the account and routing number has not been encoded with magnetic ink. The ATM is not able to read checks printed on machines that do not use magnetic ink, such as home printers.
At our Deposit Image ATMs you can deposit up to 10 checks at a time. Directions on the ATM screen during your deposit transaction will indicate the number of checks that can be deposited at a time.

Withdrawal allows you to enter the specific amount of funds you choose to remove from your account.
You may set or change your Fast Cash amount preference at the ATM after entering your PIN. From the Available Transactions screen, select Set Preferences, then Fast Cash Preference and designate the amount you want to assign to Fast Cash.
